In Utah, where my practice is we also have a mandatory PIP policy that all drivers have to have. Unfortunately, our minimum is only $3,000 which isn’t enough nowadays. I opted for $25,000 on my policy, and it was really cheap to add it. I have been recommending it to all of my patients.
